2. Send in device
Send the defective device in the transport case provided to the desired service location in Europe or America at your own expense.
3. Repair
We will examine the device to determine the cause of the damage. Devices that are not defective through no fault of their own will be repaired free of charge. If a device is already out of warranty or has been damaged by improper handling, the customer will be informed of this. The repair will then only be carried out after approval of a cost estimate.
4. Return
The repaired device will be returned to you in its transport case free of shipping costs.
